As you know the production of Caught in The Net scheduled for July had to be postponed due to illness. It has be re-scheduled for 4th & 5th September 2009, and we need as much support as possible for this production from the public as well as you our members!!!!!!! DO PLEASE COME ALONG AND SUPPORT YOUR FELLOW MEMBERS & ENCOURAGE OTHERS

The AGM will be on MONDAY 28th SEPTEMBER at 8:00pm in Milbourne Village Hall.

AGM Paperwork (i.e. voting forms etc.) will be Emailed!! to all that have email addresses. Please print off the nomination forms and send/hand them to Jo South, Secretary, by the date stated on the form. If you require a hard copy of the AGM information contact Jo and she will be happy to send one. Please be sure to attend the AGM and add your support to the “Milborne Players”. As usual a new Committee and General Committee Membership need to be voted in. Please consider becoming a committee member and add some new thoughts and direction. You will be most welcome.

OUR SEASONAL GET TOGETHER

Our Pre-Christmas clebratory get together will once again start the festive season off and this year it will be on 11th December. There is to be a Dickensian theme to it this year and appropriate dress is to be encouraged.

Hope to see you all there. Brian Parkinson has offered to run this again and its never to early to start digging out poem's, song's and other ideas to make the programme planning an easier task for the MC. But remember the Dickensian theme!

FUTURE PRODUCTIONS

The next major production is, of course, the PANTOMIME!! oh yes it is, and we will be looking for actors, junior and adult, a wardrobe mistress, costume makers, backstage crew etc to join in for February 2010. Rehearsal will start in October. We are also looking for a keyboard player/pianist/musician(s) so if any of these are your thing or you can encourage someone else please do and let one of the Committee members have details. More information about the production will be available shortly.

Two further productions are currently planned for 2010, Our spring/summer production to be performed on the 11-12th June and our late summer early autumn production scheduled for 24-25th September genre for each yet be decided.
